Our camp provides the foundation for young wrestlers or athletes to develop and improve their athleticism and wrestling skills. All ability levels are welcome. The Camp fosters a positive, encouraging atmosphere to learn and have fun. The coaches will teach the tools to become a better wrestler and help stimulate enthusiasm for the sport. We look forward to seeing you this summer.

• Neutral Position (Set –ups, Takedowns and Finishes)
• Top position (Tilts, Rides and pinning combinations)
• Bottom Position (Base, escapes and rolls)
• Resistance Training Techniques (Body Weight)
• Wrestling competitions
• Campers grouped with their own ages and ability levels
• Free Camp T-Shirt
• A chance to work one-on-one with the Madison coaches and wrestlers

Bring a lunch or buy a lunch. Pizza, sodas, and other snacks will be available for purchase.
