For Girls RISING into grades 5-8

The James Madison High School Flag Football Camp offers a week of skill development, teamwork, and game play for rising 5^th  to 8th grade girls. Now entering its second season of Varsity Girls Flag Football at James Madison High School, the program continues to grow and create exciting opportunities for female athletes to learn and compete in one of the fastest-growing sports in the country.

Athletes will spend time learning and practicing core flag football fundamentals, including route running, flag pulling, catching, defensive positioning, agility, and overall game awareness. The camp combines detailed instruction with daily 7 on 7 games, giving players the chance to apply what they’ve learned in a supportive and active environment. Coaches focus on teaching proper technique, building confidence, and helping each participant improve at her own pace.

Whether you're new to the sport or looking to improve your play, this camp is all about building confidence, improving fundamentals, getting outside, and having fun with friends.
